Record Users For Bridging Loan Calculator

On a week by week basis, UK Property Finance is seeing record users of its bridging loan calculator.

The calculator was the brainchild of UK Property Finance Founder, Gary Latham. Having worked in the Industry for more years than he cares to remember, Gary knew that often customers just wanted a quick and accurate tool where they could input their own data and receive an output without needing to initially speak with an advisor.

Mr Latham said “we wanted to remove the fear factor that many customers initially have with bridging finance. How does it work?

The applicant enters basic details and requirements into the table provided (explanations and prompts are available for all questions). When the ‘Calculate’ button is pressed accurate figures are emailed to our client showing the interest rate chargeable, total monetary interest amount charged over the term, legal fees, valuation fees, other fees and total borrowing etc.

The customer can use the tool 24 hours a day 7 day’s week and input as many scenarios as necessary allowing them to visually detail figures that best fits their situation.
